Homes today can have heating and cooling with boilers and heat pumps. Creating a hybrid system for heating and air conditioning and heating back up. With today's homes, the integration of these systems requires more attention to proper wiring and piping.

What you need to know for wiring homes with boilers or heat pumps or both.

This was the presentation made by Todd Davis of Hy-Line Sales, during our member meeting that took place on June 18, 2026 at the Executive Plaza Hotel in Coquitlam.

Todd Davis talks about how to integrate these appliances to allow for maximum efficiency and homeowner comfort. We discusses zoning, wiring and how today's boilers and air to water heat pumps are enabled and how we can do things in a more modern way. He also shares some easier approaches to piping systems and chat about selection of different appliances.
