Ventilation Guidelines Program Features

  • Produces Type A (non-distributed), Type B (distributed), or Type C (HRV or CEV system) Mechanical Ventilation Checklists.
  • Simple step-by-step procedures guide you through an input sheet to produce a print-ready output page.
  • Automatic CFM calculation. Enter floor areas and ceiling heights and the program calculates CFM.
  • Make-up Air System Requirements are calculated when required by larger exhaust fan installations.
  • A selection of commonly used fans has been pre-entered, so you can easily select exhaust fans from drop down menus that will give CFM, SP, and Sones. The user can enter fan data for any fan not shown.
  • Like fans, common HRVs can be selected from pull down menus or entered by the user.
  • Various features will alert you to fans that are too noisy or have insufficient air volumes.

IMPORTANT:Please provide your name, company, and address as you wish them to appear on your Mechanical Ventilation Checklists. This information will be locked into the program with your license number, and there is a fee to re-issue with any changes. Ordering on behalf of a large company?
