If you are unable to attend a TECA course, please contact us immediately to cancel your seat before the course begins. Refunds are the course price minus a $50 administration fee. However, if you cancel and re-register, we will apply the full course fee to the new session without penalty as long as you attend in the current training season.

If instead of cancelling in advance you fail to show up, the course fee is not refundable, and you will be charged an additional $50 fee to re-register for the next session.

TECA training courses require a minimum number of participants. If course minimums are not met by the registration deadline advertised, TECA reserves the right to cancel the session. Registrants will be notified of the next available session in their area.
